Okay, we know there are people out there that struggle with losing even one pound, and then there are others who can burn fat in the blink of an eye. We all have different bodies, our metabolisms function at different speeds, sometimes it’s just not fair.
Taking a step back into the past for a few minutes...
I use to weigh 135 pounds as a teenager. Since my sister and my Mother both weighed less than I did, as a teenager going through puberty, I grew up thinking and feeling like I was fat.
When I turned 16 my Mother forced me to go on Weight Watchers. I used to have to measure out my food every meal, while the rest of my family sat down to eat without a second thought to how much they were consuming, then I had to exercise before going to bed while my twin sister didn't have to, it was a lot for a sixteen year old girl to cope with. I felt like an outcast in my own home.
“Even if I eat healthy and work out till my body is screaming at me to stop, it doesn’t seem to do a single thing for me.”
So that's a little backstory of the inspiration behind this article.
If y’all have checked out our website you know that one of us is a Mommy. That would be me!
Once I had my daughter I promised myself that I would lose the weight, but if anything I have gained weight. Last time I weighed myself I was 160 pounds, I haven’t weighed myself since.
So I had a baby, I have a free ride to gaining weight, but I haven’t been able to lose it. I am disgusted with myself that I have allowed myself to gain so much weight. I was ashamed for being 135 pounds, now I can't even look in the mirror.
The struggle is real...it is no joke. You aren’t alone.
Even if I eat healthy, and work out till my body is screaming at me to stop, it doesn’t seem to do a single thing for me. The only way I could lose weight the first time, and even then it was a struggle, was to only eat one meal a day.
There has to be something out there that helps girls and guys like me to lose weight, but in a healthy way where we don’t harm ourselves and make our bodies worse.
If anyone has something that has worked for them, please share it with us over here at kRazy kAtz! We would love to know the stories y’all have on the hard journey of sweat and tears of losing just a few pounds. If you are new to this journey as well, let us know! We can take this journey together!
Our purpose behind this article is to for you, our readers, to get to know us in a more personal way. To see that we aren't perfect, we have flaws, but we are working to make sure everyone is aware that they aren't alone, if it's to do with your weight, your friends, your family, no matter what it is we will take the journey together, one step at a time.
We are also working on our own research into ways to burn away that stubborn belly fat that seems to never shrink or go away no matter what you do. So stay tuned!
Keep it real fellow readers...Until next time!
